Doll Babee Cheesecakes began as a result of a son missing his mother's delicious cheesecakes. His mom made a cheesecake for him every Thanksgiving, prior to her passing. To bring him comfort during his grieving process, he made it a personal mission to carry on his mother's tradition. For one year, he made a cheesecake every month...

…In October 2014, he sold his first cheesecake (strawberry). Upon receiving rave reviews, he began selling cheesecakes to raise enough funds to purchase an Automated External Defibrillator (A.E.D.) in memory of his mother “Dollette”. In December 2015, he raised enough funds to purchase and donate the A.E.D., along with other medical emergency equipment. With a desire to give back, he officially launched Doll Babee Cheesecakes, using a portion of the proceeds to give scholarships and help the homeless.
